Ethics Hotline (Whistleblower Channel)

The Ethics Hotline (Whistleblower Channel) is a confidential, secure, and independent communication mechanism designed to enable employees, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to report any suspected or actual acts of non-compliance, unethical conduct, or irregularities that may violate applicable laws, internal policies, the Code of Ethics, or the Company’s Compliance Management System.

What situations can be reported through the Ethics Hotline?

Awareness of events or situations related to fraud

Unethical practices, corruption, money laundering, or any illegal act

Disclosure of confidential or privileged information

Improper use of the Company´s resources

Violation of the Code of Ethics

Receiving any gift or benefit that may improperly influence a business relationship

IMPORTANT: The individual’s full name (first and last name) is preferred. However, any identifying information you can provide — including a nickname — will assist the investigation.
Here you may describe the situation in as much detail as posible.

ADDITIONAL GUIDANCE:
a) Indicate, to the extent possible, where the situation occurred (city, area of the organization, and office or site).
b) Identify who was involved (name, title, or position).
c) Describe how the events unfolded.
d) Explain how you became aware of the matter and since when the events have been occurring. Additionally.
e) Include approximate amounts, if aplicable.
f) Describe any available evidence (if applicable) and,
g) Provide any other information you consider relevant for the analysis of the case.

REMINDER: Any information you can provide is important. Nothing will be disregarded by our investigators.
